itself lies within the southern reaches of the scenic Brecon
Beacons National Park.
The area has spectacular mountain scenery, open moorland and

The Celtic Kitchen is a family run business on the Isle of

I originally trained as a restaurateur and hotel manager and one
day,in search of relaxation, decided to take up watercolour
painting. A natural progression was to sell the product of my
hobby. (Click here to see some of my work) It was while I was
visiting a trade fair looking for ideas I saw a fudge kettle and
bought it. I liked the idea of making and selling fudge but decided
from the outset my fudge would be different, produced using only
the best ingredients, butter not margarine, cream not milk powder
and no preservatives. I also decided to produce in small batches to
avoid the darkening of the fudge from making larger batches.
