Hotel and Quayside
The location where you can find the iconic Hotel Portmeirion, the room where Noel Coward wrote Blythe Spirit, as well as the cottage used for accommodation for Patrick McGoohan as accommodation during the filming of The Prisoner. Great location to enjoy a meal at the Hotel, or imagine what it would be like to travel to sea on the Amis Reunis.

Salutation Square & Hercules Hall
An area dominated by the grandeur of the Hercules Hall, and is the location for the oldest Clough built building at Portmeirion. The audio visual is a must for the Portmeirion fans.

Central Piazza
The Piazza is the main hub of the village, the Piazza garden was converted from being a tennis court to the stunning gardens we now see. Here Clough not only shows his fantastic 'new' creations, but also his work in conserving some historic buildings.

Battery Square
The Battery Square is a hive of activity that will keep everyone busy, whether wanting a relaxing treatment at Mermaid Spa, or wanting to visit The Prisoner Shop, there is plenty going on in this area.

Clifftop & Grotto
The area is full of accommodation rnaging from the large Chantry Cottage, to the Village standard Rooms of Bridge House. The accommodation here are afforded views of life in the Village. The grotto has great views over the Estuary, and you must visit Rob Piercy's gallery and see his many works at Portmeirion

Welcome Area
The welcome area is a perfect place to be introduced to Portmeirion. The guided Tours, will start you off on an informative short journey into the Vilage, and will give some of the history that the Village has enjoyed.
